The Horizon Assisted Living Home is a Specialty
Memory Care Home designed to meet the physical and
emotional needs of residents with memory impairments,
while providing peace of mind and ongoing support to their

Our residential care focuses on Alzheimer's disease,
stroke, Parkinson's and other dementia related diseases
that result in memory loss. We provide programs and

RN Administrator and her husband Chuck Hanson, who

self-image, and promotes autonomy to make each day a
meaningful experience.
